In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.

5. Payments

Payment terms are detailed in each service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work
• We accept check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards

Overdue balances accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Wisconsin law. You agree to reimburse us for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if collection action is necessary.

6. Warranties

Any warranty we provide is stated in your service agreement. Where the work involves materials supplied by a manufacturer, those warranties are separate and are passed through to you directly. Coverage is void if:

• The work has been modified by others without our authorization
• The issue results from events outside our control
• Outstanding payment balances remain on the account

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Delmar Air LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our HVAC services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property
